Welcome to the new Central Pain Syndrome Foundation website. We are working to make our site a well-designed resource for CPS sufferers, supporters, the public, and medical professionals.

In keeping with the CPSF’s motto “You Are Not Alone” our front page features pictures and info about a few CPS sufferers and supporters. Here are links to each of their pages.

Now that we have a professional-looking website we will post here regularly. We will report on the progress of the CPS Foundation as we progress toward non-profit status. We will share medical information about CPS and pain. We will share the biographies, stories, poetry, videos, and art of CPS sufferers.

Please share this website and new posts as we add them.

We will make this website into an important resource in our battle to defeat the agony of Central Pain Syndrome.

If you suffer from Central Pain Syndrome or support a CPSer we would love to share your picture and story. Leave a comment on  this page.
CPS sufferer Scott Davis designed our logo. CPS supporter Mandy Dumins created most of the graphics.

OMG!!! I started tearing up when I found this website! The the song Breath in Breathe out by Mat Kearney started playing. My new theme song. Here are the lyrics:

    Breathe in, breathe out,
Tell me all of your doubts,
    & Everybody bleeds this way,
    Just the same.

    Breathe in, breathe out,
    Move on and break down,
If everyone goes away i will stay.

    We push and pull,
    & I fall down sometimes,
    I’m not letting go,
    You hold the other line.

Cause there is a light in your eyes, in your eyes.

    Hold on hold tight,
    From out of your sight,
If everything keeps moving on, moving on,
    Hold on hold tight,
    Make it through another night,
& everyday there comes a song with the dawn,
We push and pull and I fall down sometimes,
    I’m not letting go,
    You hold the other line.

Cause there is a light, in your eyes, in your eyes.
There is a light, in your eyes, in your eyes.

    Breathe in, and breathe out.
    Breathe in, and breathe out.
    Breathe in, and breathe out.
    Breathe in, and breathe out.

    Look left look right,
To the moon in the night.
& everything under the stars is in your arms.

Cause there is a light, in your eyes in your eyes.
There is a light, in your eyes, in your eyes.
There is a light, in your eyes, in your eyes.
There is a light, in your eyes, in your eyes.

He has perfected his game is likely only after one thing.
As for the adult women who are into dating, most of them are out due to long-term relationship heartbreak
and so they are there to meet anyone possible. Network,
shortening the distance between people, but not to shorten the distance
    between the mind and soul.

    • I get what your saying, Connie. During the “Piriformis / Hip Stretch” at the 6:58 mark I say that “this stretch is not going to fix sciatica from a disc”.I was thinking in terms of immediate relief. If this stretch helps instantly like a lot of people comment and say it does, it usually means that the “sciatica” they were feeling was likely coming from a hot trigger point in the piriformis, glutes, and other muscles on the back side of the hip and pelvis.Immediate relief from disc issues usually comes with a repeated extension or side bending movement that is targeted at the disc(s) in question. In this hip stretch, the back is kept completely straight so the discs are not directly affected (of course everything is connected…but more indirectly). However…you are correct that yes, gaining more mobility through the back side of your hip will allow you to hip hinge and squat and lift with a flatter back and therefore take a big load off of your disc. That unloading will allow it to heal.Hope that helps. Good catch. Thank you for bringing it to everyone’s attention!drh

Visualize the terror to be associated with a serious car crash and obtaining another motorist operate far from the picture. Or consider how Quotes Chimp might sense in the event that you’re severely hurt with an irresponsible motorist who really had no responsibility insurance. You wouldn’t be a joyful driver, to set it slightly.
